Jessica Wolf

Jessica Wolf, M.A., CMT, RYT (she/her) is a trauma-informed somatic therapist and coach who specializes in deep internal inquiry, movement/embodiment, somatics, nervous system regulation, and yoga principles, with over 25 years of experience in hip hop dance, yoga/yoga therapeutics and various somatic modalities.

For yoga students, Jessica offers an integrative approach to their practice, blending somatic therapies, asana, fascia release, nervous system regulation, and the profound connection between breath and body. Her sessions go beyond traditional yoga, incorporating elements like Anusara Yoga, Yoga Nidra, energy medicine/Reiki, non-linear movement, aromatherapy, touch when appropriate, and sound healing, including using our own embodied sounds and voice, as well as Yoga Tune Up®, the Roll Model® Method, and Body by Breath®. Jessica believes that yoga is about more than physical postures; it's a way of life, it’s about tapping into the deeper layers of self-inquiry, self-awareness, and self-discovery healing one breath at a time.

With a Master’s in Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelor’s in Experimental Performance, she draws from her extensive training to create safe, inclusive spaces where students can explore their bodies, minds, and spirits. Her classes are designed to meet individual and group needs, helping yoga students deepen their understanding of their bodies and achieve a greater sense of balance and well-being.

A Bay Area native and a mom to an active pre-teen boy, Jessica has courageously overcome significant challenges, diagnoses and treatments, related to women's health and wellness. In her own practice of returning to her body, spirit and mind, she graciously fortifies her healing by employing on herself the many medicines and modalities she shares with you. When Jessica isn’t moving her body, she loves stillness and quiet, her two cats Carmelito and Juniper, cooking and eating healthy food, making homemade chocolate, gardening and nature.

Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Jessica's holistic approach and deep commitment to healing will support your journey toward greater physical, emotional, and spiritual alignment.
