Strawberry Moon Solstice Flow + Sound Bath

  • Gaia Yoga 855 Marina Bay Parkway, Suite 110 Richmond, CA, 94804 United States (map)

Join us for the Strawberry Moon Solstice Flow and Sound Bath, a special event led by Ashley Corri and Michelle Ayazi. As the days reach their peak fullness of daylight, our emotional cup may runneth over, or at least be brimming to the heart’s surface this full moon. This is a time to pause and honor the shifting seasons, allowing the energy of summer to stir around and within us.

Under the glow of the ripening Strawberry Moon, we will embark on a mindful yoga practice, dropping into our bodies and breath to center and ground ourselves. Following the yoga session, we will transition into a sound bath, where the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, an ocean wave drum, and koshi chimes will lull us into a state of deep relaxation.

This event is an invitation to bask in your own inner wholeness, as we come together to celebrate the fullness of life and the beginning of summer. Let the harmonious blend of movement and sound guide you to a place of inner peace and rejuvenation.

COST: $50

EARLY BIRD PRICING (ends June 10th!): $40

Ashley Corri

Since discovering Anusara Yoga in 2007, Ashley’s relationship with mat, breath, and body has been the most consistent, healing, and empowering force in her life. This practice and its teachings have offered her deep refuge, as well as wisdom and inspiration for living an embodied and aligned life. Her college years opened her up to Eastern spirituality, and she graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree rooted in environmental & restorative justice, sustainability, and feminist theories of power & oppression. In 2016, she completed a 200-hr Iyengar-based yoga teacher training with Square One Yoga, alongside a 500-hr program in massage and bodywork, integrating Eastern & Western modalities. She has been both teaching yoga and practicing bodywork ever since.
