Fall is coming and we can all return to school. Join Katharine as she breaks down the fun-damentals of the Yoga practice; the basic postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices. This 4-week series is perfect for beginners, but more experienced practitioners wishing to deepen their understanding of the practice are welcome as well!
Class series will run on Sunday 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2 from 3-4:30pm
Cost: $75 for all 4 sessions
