Experience a playful, rich, and candlelit gentle yoga practice. Rest deeply in the liminal space between sleep and wakefulness through Yoga Nidra—Yogic Sleep—for profound restoration and connection.

Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that promotes deep relaxation and conscious awareness. It is a state between wakefulness and sleep where the body is completely at rest, but the mind remains alert and aware. This ancient practice comes from the tradition of yoga and has been adapted in modern contexts as a therapeutic and restorative tool.
Participants lay down comfortably, often in savasana (corpse pose), in a “nest” while following verbal instructions. Benefits include stress reduction, improved sleep, emotional regulation, healing and recovery, and cultivate awareness of the present moment. Research supports Yoga Nidra as an effective tool for reducing stress, improving focus, and supporting trauma recovery by calming the nervous system and promoting neuroplasticity.
