Join instructor, Nadia Bubtana for a 90-minute virtual workshop to explore meditation, writing & gentle movement in order to reflect upon our current experience, feel more grounded/embodied and ultimately R E S T O R E. Open to all levels.
Props to have on hand: a journal or pad of paper, pen, yoga mat, 2 Blankets (or Thick Towels), 1 bolster (or firm pillow), a strap and something to cover your eyes.
